Can I pick-up my Mother's Day flower order at the shop?

A FLORAL MOMENT BY JUJU BUDS offers both in store pickup and delivery. If you would prefer to pick up your special Mother's Day order, please indicate so when placing your online order. Requested pick-up time can be indicated under special/delivery instructions. Keep in mind that pick-up usually start after 10 AM with a minimum lead time of two hours. During busy Holidays this lead time may/will increase the closer we get to the Holiday, soooo ordering early is highly suggested. 

To have your Mother’s Day flowers delivered to your Mom at work or to her home, be sure to provide the recipients name, complete address, phone number and additional delivery details during the online ordering process. We will be delivering Monday thru Saturday so your Mom can enjoy her flowers all week!

Can I request a flower substitution in my Mother’s Day arrangement?

Yes, A FLORAL MOMENT BY JUJU BUDS can most often honor substitutions depending upon availability. If you have a special request, simply indicate so under special/delivery instructions. During high order volume holidays, such as Mother’s Day, we do recommend placing your order as early as possible. Typically, the closer florists get to Mother’s Day, the more orders we have and flower supplies can quickly run out. As always, your best chioce would be to select the DESIGNERS CHOICE! It allows us to create with flexability and offer the best products available!!!

Will my flowers be delivered even if no one is home?

Our policy is to attempt delivery with the hope that the recipient or another person will be available to receive the flowers at the address provided and to maintain the suprise factor. We do require a phone number from you to reach the recipient in the event that no one answers the door. Please do not substitute your number for the recipients as this will delay/hinder your delivery and may result in a redelivery. If you would like to instruct us to leave the flowers at their door, in the event that no one is home, you may indicate so under special delivery instructions. We no not leave them in extreme cold, heat or wind and may attempt to have a close neighbor take them in until the recipient ruturns home. A door tag indicating an attempted delivery will be left. For Mother's Day, we are offering delivery all week and suggest you consider an earlier date.
